Classes for all ages BEGINNING spring 2025
One of the many benefits of OTAC, which sets us apart from other “gyms,” is that our Group Fitness classes cater to all ages as low as 6 years old. Providing the next generation the ability to to improve their health and wellness, even if they are not getting one on one training from a coach, while allowing that time to be used by parents to focus on their own health and well being. We also have morning classes for adults only!

(Ages 6–10)
Fuel your child’s fun and fitness with high-energy group classes designed like P.E. at school, where kids can move, play, and burn off energy in an exciting, action-packed environment they’ll love!

Empower youth to build strength & confidence with focused group training that teaches proper form, technique, and safe, effective workout practices for lifelong fitness.

(Ages 17+)
Focus on your own conditioning and strength in a group atmosphere in our morning classes for adults Boot Camp, HIIT, Core, Body Burn, Yoga.
